Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 62/2014, 6/2016-other law and 44/2018-other law), purchasing through our website (online store) www.msgrouptech.com is considered a distance selling.

This law is intended solely for the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, the procedure is simple:

1. Send us a statement of withdrawal from the distance contract via e-mail. The deadline for sending the statement is 14 days from the moment of concluding the contract between the consumer and the trader.
2. We will confirm the receipt of the statement and assign a number under which it is registered. Our operator will provide you with the address to which you should return the purchased product.
3. You should return the product no later than 14 days from the day you sent the withdrawal form.
4. After receiving the product and verifying its correctness, the refunded amount will be returned to you as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days.
5. If you withdraw from the contract before the product is delivered, the refunded amount will be returned to you as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days.

Right of Withdrawal - Legal Basis

In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the purchase, without stating reasons and incurring additional costs, except for the costs of returning the goods and money. Your right to withdraw from the contract expires after the 14-day period.

When you order multiple types of goods that are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins when the last type of ordered goods arrives at your location or at the location of a third party you have designated, who is not the carrier. The period specified in this article expires at the end of the last hour of the last day of the period.

When the delivery of goods consists of several shipments and parts, the 14-day period begins when the last shipment or part arrives at your location or at the location of a third party you have designated, who is not the carrier.

When an indefinite-term contract with periodic deliveries of goods is concluded, the 14-day period begins when the first shipment of goods arrives at your location or at the location of a third party you have designated, who is not the carrier.

For the purposes of the provisions of this law, the buyer is considered to be a consumer (a natural person who purchases a product for the purpose of meeting his individual needs, and not for the purpose of performing a professional activity).

The burden of proof that he acted in accordance with the provisions of Article 28, paragraphs 1-5 of the Law on Consumer Protection, in order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, lies with the consumer.
