Huawei HS8546V is an optical network terminal (ONT), serving as a premium home gateway in Huawei’s FTTH solution. Leveraging GPON technology, it ensures exceptional internet access for home networks and SOHO users. Equipped with 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 1 telephone (POTS) port, and 2 USB ports, the HS8546V network gateway also features a built-in Wi-Fi wireless radio that operates concurrently in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. It supports the modern AC standard and 2×2 MIMO (dual-chain) technology, delivering a maximum theoretical transmission capacity of up to 300 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and 867 Mbps in the 5 GHz band. The device boasts two external antennas, each with a gain of 2 dBi. Additionally, it comes with a DC 12V/2A power supply unit featuring a European plug.
