About the Application
FleetCon Manager allows for vehicle and fleet tracking in domestic and international traffic, using OpenStreet maps and Google Maps services. Within the map, you have the ability to mark important locations and objects. You can track your fleet across the entire territory of Europe.
The system provides a fast and easy overview of historical data, incidents (sudden acceleration, braking, turning), and allows for the creation of SMS or email alarms. FleetCon hardware devices provide high transport security with long battery life, independent of external power sources. This advanced system helps transportation and other companies improve fleet operation quality and reduce costs, creating a sustainable market advantage.
The FleetCon vehicle tracking system operates as follows:
FleetCon tracks vehicles using a GPS device for positioning and additional sensors for real-time monitoring functionality. The satellite signal locates the vehicles and records all data on the server, from the moment of installation, in the cloud system.
The device in the vehicle operates via a SIM card and mobile network (GPRS/GSM), sending data about the vehicle's position, speed, and direction of movement to the central server. The application supports all devices with an internet connection.
All vehicles are tracked in real-time or through movement reports at specified time intervals.
What are the advantages of the FleetCon Manager vehicle tracking system and why choose our system?
Easy tracking and fleet management across Europe
FleetCon Manager, through its advanced system, allows for easy tracking and control of your fleet in both domestic and international traffic.
Reduces your maintenance costs
By tracking the utilization of vehicle working time, including driving time, breaks, daily rests, parking, waiting time for servicing, delays, vehicle maintenance, and unproductive parking time, FleetCon Manager enables efficient fleet cost control. This includes disruptions in delivery times, traffic delays, deviations due to vehicle breakdowns or equipment on the vehicle, deviations due to driver shortages, fuel consumption, and specific fuel efficiency.
Integration and customization to your requirements and work processes
You can customize FleetCon Manager to your business processes and integrate it with specialized software.
No hidden costs
There are no subsequent hidden or additional costs when creating an offer and signing a contract. All system costs are transparent and displayed in the three-level offer model.
24/7 customer support
Our customer service center is available every day throughout the year, providing you with support and assistance at any time.
Application of FleetCon Service
Transportation of Goods and Distribution
FleetCon enables the improvement of fleet management and control with tools adapted to the needs of international and domestic transportation of goods. It provides records of mileage (daily, weekly, monthly), fuel levels (consumption and refueling reports), border crossings, driving behavior, and delivery times based on entering designated zones, etc.
Delivery and Courier Services
By installing GPS systems for driver identification, all reports on fleet management and control provide information about the driver who operated the vehicle. The FleetCon system allows tracking of each driver's work during the day, determining who used the vehicle or committed a violation based on the time spent driving the vehicle. All data is obtained in real-time and through detailed reports.
Taxi and Passenger Transport
Within the FleetCon application, easier monitoring and tracking of taxi and line transport vehicles are enabled. The system provides insight into the entry into taxi stands, based on which the dispatcher can easily assign rides and optimize the fleet, which will speed up work processes.
Security Services
GPS vehicle tracking for security services provides insight into visits to points of interest, as well as the ability to use panic buttons (alarms) that alert the dispatcher. By planning the route of movement and visits to designated locations, where security gates are opened and closed, it is possible to improve security and optimize routes, leading to fuel cost reduction.
Construction and Agricultural Machinery
For high-level management, fuel meters are provided to measure fuel flow and perform precise calculations. This prevents fuel abuse in vehicles and provides a complete insight into the capacities of large tanks. Within this activity, recording working hours for machinery is significant, and these can be viewed through reports.
Devices
Hardware GPS modems represent the most economical solution for reliable connectivity with vehicle tracking software systems. Our application uses the most advanced and highest quality modem models from Teltonika Networks, which provide various capabilities and are specially designed to meet all challenges in the Internet of Things (IoT) industry. In addition to modems, our system for reading a large number of parameters uses various types of sensors, probes, and RFID cards.
GPS Modems
FMB120 tracker, a professional device with internal high-gain GSM and GNSS antennas, is capable of collecting GPS coordinates and other useful data and transmitting them via the GSM network to the server.
This device is optimal for applications where it is necessary to track the location of remote objects, such as fleet management for various activities, including logistics companies and transporters. The FMB120 modem efficiently performs tasks on remote objects, including monitoring, collecting various information, and tracking status.
LV-CAN 200 is designed to collect data from 1500 different models of light vehicles, trucks, and buses. Access to CAN Bus data allows fleet operators to report on a wide range of information. The LV-CAN 200 adapter enables reading parameters such as fuel level, odometer, fuel consumption, RPM, engine temperature, etc.
Sensors and Probes
The optimized digital fuel level sensor provides accurate data on changes in fuel volume in real-time.
When connected to a GPS modem unit, it allows for the generation of various reports, including average fuel consumption, fuel consumption diagrams, and fuel refueling/discharging. Fuel level data is stored in the database to create reports that track changes in fuel level over time, identifying increases and decreases. By installing this meter, estimates of fuel consumption and average consumption are also obtained.
The temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature in chambers of different types. Connecting it to the GPS modem unit allows the user to have real-time access to the current temperature of the chamber where the sensor is installed.
Driver Identification
RFID cards are essential equipment for access control, time tracking, vehicle management, and more, enabling control and optimization through various reports.
Using RFID cards is quick and easy - by tapping them on the installed reader in the vehicle, the driver is identified within a few seconds. The chips in RFID cards are difficult to clone or counterfeit, providing a high level of security. Additionally, protective holograms that are visually checked cannot be copied, ensuring a security level close to biometrics (fingerprint, corneal scanner).
iButton driver identifier, in conjunction with a GPS device, enables efficient management and optimization of drivers in company vehicles. Serving as a key, the iButton provides relevant data about the person driving the vehicle, presenting the simplest way to assign driving authorizations to drivers.
This identifier also functions as an immobilizer, preventing the vehicle from starting without prior scanning of the iButton. Additionally, the integrated system for authorized driving keeps records of drivers through the iButton ID, using it to confirm identity and track authorized driving.
